General Meeting & Minutes

MEMS PTO General meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month of the school year (excluding weeks of school recess.)  We meet from 8:15am-9am in the Jackie Parks Room at MEMS.  Please sign in at the front desk.  

2025-26 General Meeting agendas & minutes will now be posted in the PTO Google calendar within each dates event notes.  Zoom links may be provided for remote meeting attendance upon request prior to meeting time.  Please contact us for link privately, so we may vet you for security purposes.
