From building and balancing the PTO budget, leading the general meetings and a running liason between parents and the school officials...the board helps the PTO run effeciently!
Taryn Cocheo, President
Taryn works remotely for BOMA, a nonprofit based in Kenya. She has 4 kids, Samantha, off to sophmore year at college, Ella a Senior at BBA, Charlotte is in 8th grade and Andrew is in 5th. She is involved with Girls on the Run and Susan G. Komen foundation. Together with her husband, Tim they moved to Manchester in 2015. She spends her “free” time watching kids sports games and always has a book with her.
Ellen Adams, VP
Ellen is mom to 4th grader, Charlie. She is the owner of Zippy Chicks consignment shop here in Manchester Center. She has lived in the area for over 35 years and is a BBA alum! She loves traveling with her family any chance she gets!
Secretary
Help us stay organized! The Secretary takes meeting minutes, distributes notes to the team, and creates SignUpGenius forms for events and volunteer opportunities..
Treasurer
Keep us on budget! The Treasurer manages the PTO’s finances, maintains our budget, and pays bills throughout the year.
Kaitlyn Zwagerman Tyler, Social Media Chair
Kait Zwagerman Tyler has two children at the school, a 6th-grader and a kindergartner. A freelance marketing professional, Kait has also been a yoga teacher in the Manchester area since 2014. She serves on the board of directors for the Manchester Business Association. In her spare time, Kait loves a good podcast, being on the water or in the woods, and spending time with her people and pets.

Open Position
Organize four events per year, including potluck breakfast, food trucks on site and socials at local restaurants.
Fundraising
Open Position
Lead the charge in raising funds for the PTO! Meet with the committee, plan, organize and execute 3-4 events per school year.
Email Communications
Open Position
Communicates events, important PTO announcements and reminders in a weekly email.
Sponsor Relations
Carolyn Rohde
Foster relations with new and existing local business sponsors who generously donate funds for special events throughout the year.
